I have an active Student Developer Pack (verified on May 13, 2026), but I'm unable to activate Copilot for free through my benefits.

When I click the activation link on my education benefits page (github.com/settings/education/benefits), it doesn't complete the activation process. I've tried:

• Clearing my browser cache
• Using different browsers
• Visiting the direct Copilot signup page

I can see my Student Developer Pack is active and won't expire until May 13, 2028, but Copilot still shows as not activated on my account.

Could you help me activate Copilot through my student benefits?

I think your Student Pack is already approved correctly, so this is probably a GitHub-side sync issue with Copilot activation.

Sometimes the benefits take a little time to activate after approval.

Try:

• logging out and back in
• opening the activation page in incognito mode
• checking if Copilot is already enabled in your settings

If it still doesn’t work after a few hours, then it’s probably an account provisioning issue on GitHub’s side.
